La ferme-auberge: has its own philosophy all together.
Locavores, you'll find happiness with us! We are a "farmhouse Inn", the kitchen products are mainly from our farm. We breed our own poultry and pigs free range, vegetables are grown in our garden during the summer and our Provencal wines and olive oils are used for cooking.
What is a "bistronomic" cuisine?
At the domaine Terre de Mistral we serve a bistronomic cuisine. "Qu'èsaquo ?", as our winemaker says. It is a gastronomic cuisine with a quality service in a warm relaxed atmosphere.

Our chef and all the team work hard to develop the Ferme Auberge creative menu using fresh, quality products, they regularly change according to seasonal farm fresh products and their inspirations.
Our Provencal restaurant stands out with its presentation of dishes and the search for excellence in bistronomic cuisine. Our service staff will recommend the right wine from our vineyard to complement your choice of dishes; an excellent opportunity to discover our wines!
